Company Refused To Pay Their Employee But Raffy Tulfo Made A Real Action!

People are working hard because the primary reason is that they want to give their families a beautiful and comfortable life. They want to make sure that they are making all ends meet and they are able to give them all their necessities. From food, clothing, shelter and education, there are so many things that a person is working hard for. It is indeed a very difficult battle, but most people are doing their best to win in it.

We are all working hard to achieve what we want everyday and what our family needs every hour. And so it is very painful when other people do not value our hardship. It is not an extraordinary issue here in the Philippines that abusive employers do not give importance with what we do. There are employers who do not just give any care about how we work. Sometimes the problem is not with the employer but how they process things.

Just like this particular case handled by Raffy Tulfo in his news program. A former employee asked for his help as her employer failed to process her back pays immediately after she resigned from her former work.

Shiela, a promodiser of a toy company, narrated that it has been 7 months when she resigned from her former work. However until now, she has not yet received all her back pays amounting to more than P11,000. Her back pays include a 15-days worth salary, overtime pays, holiday pays and premium pays and the payment she is supposed to receive after reporting to duty although it was her day off.

It turned out that there was a problem between the company she is working for and the agency that hired her. According to them, her documents have yet to be processed so she has yet to receive her pay. Fortunately, Mr. Raffy Tulfo was able to clear the air out between them.
