The Philippine entertainment industry has so many components. From love teams, movies, music concerts and teleserye, media giants are continuously earning from them. Actors and actresses also make huge profit because of their jobs. A lot of people are ready to pay to make them entertained.

Going back to some basic history, soap operas or TV dramas are originally produced by soap companies because they wanted a place where they can place their advertisements. That is why teleserye or Filipino drama series are regarded as soap operas before. Different soap brands are ready to pay and invest a lot with actors and actresses, so they can advertise their products more.

Ang Probinsyano cast and veteran actor Eddi Garcia recently revealed why this TC series starred by Coco Martin continues to thrive in the primetime spot of ABS-CBN. During an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal or PEP, Eddie Garcia mentioned what he thinks is the reason behind Ang Probinsyano’s consistent success.

Eddie Garcia said that Ang Probinsyano continues to maintain its high ratings because in reality, TV series like this is a business. The more it maintains its high ratings, more fund will surely come. High ratings on the other hand is caused by the skills of the casts and the story’s plot which continuously gets the interest of many viewers. He said that Coco is indeed a good actor and he is able to maintain a loyal fandom.

Eddie talked more about Coco as he revealed that Coco gave the idea of changing thee characters of the series every month. He said that Coco aims to give jobs to former actors and actresses. He said that the young actor wanted to give more opportunities to other people.
