LENI ROBREDO, YOU ARE NOT THE VICE PRESIDENT! – ito ang sabi ng US based blogger and accountant na si Edwin Jamora sa kanyang Facebook post matapos lumabas sa Senate hearing noong Martes na may irregularities sa transmission ng mga voting machines na ginamit sa 2016 elections.
Naging kontrobersyal sa social media ang siniwalat ng dating representative ng Biliran, Capiz at ngayon ay resource speaker ng election fraud hearing na si Atty. Glenn Chong.
Ayon sa kanyang mga nakalap na impormasyon at ipinakitang mga report ay nag karoon umano ng transmission logs galing sa di kilalang machine noong May 8, 8:40 ng umaga, na kung saan dapat ay nakasarado lahat ng voting machines na gagamitin sa election ng May 9.
Ayon sa video coverage ng kampo ni Atty. Chong habang ginaganap ang Senate hearing ay sinabi ng smartmatic na ang transmission logs na lumabas ng May 8 ay maaring sa final testing na ginawa.
Paliwanag ni Chong, ang final testing dapat ay tapos na ng May 5 base rin sa mga nakalap niyang ebidensya, at naka off na dapat ang machines at bubuksan na lamang sa mismong araw ng botohan.
Pinaiimbestigahan na rin ng Senate committee ang Commission on Election (COMELEC) kaugnay sa sinsabing malicious transmission.
Matapos ang unang hearing na ito ay marami din ang kumondena kay Vice President Leni Robredo at isa na rito si Jamora.
“So the million dollar question is - who made the transmission sa illegitimate machine?” tanong nito, na marahil ay tanong din ng maraming botanteng Pilipino.
